Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement software features that enhance customer experience and product adoption
- Collaborate with support teams to analyze customer feedback and identify technical improvement opportunities
- Create technical documentation and training materials to facilitate customer onboarding
- Monitor product usage metrics to identify trends and proactively address customer pain points
- Coordinate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Lead technical troubleshooting sessions for complex customer issues
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations for key accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development with customer-facing applications
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java)
- Experience with API integration and third-party software solutions
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer feedback and usage data
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer success methodologies and product lifecycle management
