Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical or billing inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on individual customer needs.
- Provide regular reporting on customer satisfaction trends and common pain points to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
