Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat for digital banking products.
- Assist customers with account setup, digital transaction troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring professional and empathetic communication at all times.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience workflows and service efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is strictly required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or banking environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital applications and CRM software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Possess a valid work permit or residency status for employment in Malaysia.
