Tanggung Jawab
- Drive adoption and maximize utilization of JoVE's video platform among partner universities
- Develop and implement customized success plans for academic clients in life sciences
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on JoVE's educational resources
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and renew existing contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve technical issues
- Analyze usage data and provide insights to improve client outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, or related field
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or education support
- Experience working with academic institutions or educational technology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to understand complex scientific content and methodologies
- Proven track record of building client relationships
- Fluency in English and Filipino
