Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve and maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service excellence.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or helpdesk environments is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Johor Bahru area.
