Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in customer success, support, or account management role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital ecosystems
