Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Taiwanese-speaking clients via multiple channels
- Proactively identify customer needs and implement tailored success strategies
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal departments
- Monitor and maintain CRM systems for accurate customer data tracking
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product/service improvements
- Develop and execute customer retention plans
- Train customers on product features and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Taiwanese language (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years in customer success or technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative solution development
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Excellent cross-cultural communication abilities
