Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain presentation materials and client-facing collaterals
- Document processes and procedures within the Customer Success Management team
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing initial support

Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus
