- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve processes
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage customer order fulfillment and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the supply chain without compromising service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management with customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Experience in managing inventory and forecasting demand
