Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, from initial data entry to final delivery tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and shipment schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders, pricing, or shipping documentation.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer information and transaction records in the ERP system.
  • Generate and analyze weekly reports on order fulfillment performance and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with the finance department to assist in credit control and invoice reconciliation.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance order management efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
