Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes and service quality.
  • Identify and escalate potential product or service issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
