Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes and service quality.
- Identify and escalate potential product or service issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
