Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by providing accurate solutions and alternatives.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system with high attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure follow-through to resolution.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and adapt to shifting schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.
