Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues by providing accurate solutions and alternatives.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure follow-through to resolution.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and adapt to shifting schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.
