Maxicare, a leading health maintenance organization in the Philippines, is looking for a Customer Support Associate who is an Allied Health Graduate to join our Cagayan de Oro team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate their health benefits, resolve claims, and schedule appointments with our extensive network of providers. Your compassion and clear communication will make a real difference in everyday healthcare, ensuring members receive the support they need when they need it.

You will work closely with our operations and medical teams to uphold the highest standards of service quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information on Maxicare health plans, benefits, and claims processes.
  • Assist members with scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall member satisfaction.
  • Stay current on product updates, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, or other allied health disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Genuine passion for helping others and a customer‑first attitude.
  • Experience in a call center or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
