Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver real-time chat support for ByteDance customers across multiple platforms
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and account-related concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex technical troubleshooting
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for response times
- Continuously update knowledge base with product updates and solutions

Kualifikasi
