Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through regular training.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High School or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in using email and basic software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, as required by business needs.
- No prior call center experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
