Tanggung Jawab
- Address and resolve member inquiries regarding medical coverage, accreditation, and benefit utilization.
- Interpret medical documents and diagnosis codes to explain coverage clearly to members and providers.
- Coordinate with internal departments and hospital partners to facilitate seamless medical service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system in compliance with data privacy standards.
- Provide empathetic and professional support to members facing health concerns.
- Stay updated on HMO policies, new medical plans, and corporate healthcare mandates.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Pharmacy).
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical terminology.
- High level of empathy and ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
