Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service issues with first-contact resolution approach
- Document interactions and update customer information accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer proficiency with typing skills (30+ WPM)
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays)
