Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred
