Telistar Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Engineer (IT) to provide exceptional technical assistance to our valued clients. In this role, you will serve as the technical liaison, diagnosing and resolving a wide array of IT challenges to ensure business continuity.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Manage and update IT support tickets in the system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripherals.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical incidents.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Perform routine hardware checks and asset maintenance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) and remote support tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
