Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the FeedMe POS software and hardware.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to new users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team for resolution.
- Act as a product champion, gathering feedback and reporting bugs to the development team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and positive feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM certificate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily performance targets.
- Positive attitude, patient, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work on shifts and weekends if required.
