Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to provide accurate status updates on manufacturing orders.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints with a focus on service recovery and long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and service history in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth initiatives and customer retention strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, delivery orders, and essential manufacturing documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement in customer service workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (to handle diverse client needs).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
