Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
