Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls with high responsiveness.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding Carrot Academy programs and services.
- Troubleshoot student and parent concerns, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical or academic issues.
- Identify recurring customer feedback patterns to suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional tone that reflects the brand voice of Carrot Academy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Support Officer, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya.
