Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume incoming inquiries through Zendesk across various support channels.
  • Provide VIP-level support, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and assist users with retail POS system operations and minor technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive process improvements.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Draft and update internal support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Zendesk is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong working knowledge of retail POS systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work onsite in Taguig City on a stable dayshift schedule.
  • Demonstrated capacity for empathy, patience, and professional problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented culture.
