Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries through Zendesk across various support channels.
- Provide VIP-level support, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot and assist users with retail POS system operations and minor technical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive process improvements.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Draft and update internal support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role within a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Expert proficiency in Zendesk is mandatory for this position.
- Strong working knowledge of retail POS systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite in Taguig City on a stable dayshift schedule.
- Demonstrated capacity for empathy, patience, and professional problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented culture.
