Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service quality.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and service level agreements.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
