Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service quality.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including CSAT and AHT targets.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and service level agreements.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
