Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate information regarding automotive products and service schedules.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex customer issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and automotive service offerings.
- Meet or exceed daily performance KPIs including response time and quality metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least Senior High School graduate or College Level.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Resilient, professional, and capable of handling high call volumes with patience.
