As part of our support team, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding our vehicles and services. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed and excel in your role.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and sales inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based KPIs, including response time and customer service quality metrics.
  • Stay updated on new automotive products and promotional offers to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software navigation.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude toward teamwork.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred but not required.
