Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Answer product and service inquiries regarding motor sales, pricing, warranty, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Update customer information and records in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and feedback.
- Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (local dialect is a plus).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under pressure.
- Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
