Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate quick resolution for complex customer requests.
- Meet and exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules, including shifting hours.
