Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding company products and services.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
