- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service complaints with empathy and efficiency

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Excellent English and Filipino communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude under pressure with multitasking skills
