Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding auto insurance policies, claims status, billing questions, and general account management via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, real-time solutions and positive resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Process policy changes, payment transactions, and documentation updates accurately within the system.
- Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to supervisors or the appropriate internal departments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge by participating in ongoing training and updates.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Document detailed notes of customer interactions in the CRM tool for audit and compliance purposes.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate). Associate or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
- 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent is a plus).
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask across multiple applications.
- Willing to work onsite at MOA, Pasay City.
- Must be flexible with shifting schedules (day, mid, night shift) including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and composure.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or a legal resident with valid working papers.
