Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system with precision.
  • Meet and exceed daily KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policy changes to provide consistent support.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude while handling high volumes of interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service setting preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems, CRM tools, and web-based applications.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
