Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with exceptional professionalism
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including CSAT and AHT
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO/customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution aptitude
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
  • Positive attitude with customer-centric mindset
