Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries about products, services, and orders.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues by identifying problems and offering effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and upsell when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
- Adhere to work schedules and maintain punctuality to ensure adequate coverage.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a resident of Quezon City or nearby areas.
