You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships with our clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service consistency.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while keeping the customer informed.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
