Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle features, financing options, and promotions.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments for test drives and service check-ups.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet defined KPIs including quality, productivity, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales and after-sales departments to streamline customer journeys.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma (College graduate in any field preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center industry, ideally handling customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy.
  • Comfortable working in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and has a 'customer-first' mindset.
