Tanggung Jawab
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and high satisfaction.
- Process orders, requests, and follow-ups in a timely manner using internal systems.
- Document and update customer records with detailed notes and action taken.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer feedback targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company processes to deliver accurate support.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and irate customers with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must reside in or near Las Pinas City for on-site work.
