Tanggung Jawab

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and high satisfaction.

  • Document and update customer records with detailed notes and action taken.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and irate customers with patience and empathy.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must reside in or near Las Pinas City for on-site work.
