In this role, you will handle inbound calls, manage customer records, and assist with vehicle sales inquiries in a fast-paced, supportive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle models, pricing, and service inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction logs in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
  • Participate in regular team briefings to stay updated on product changes and company promotions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with patience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
