Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and service schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established call center protocols to maintain quality assurance standards.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on current automotive offerings.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience as a Call Center Agent or in a high-volume customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent active listening and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
