Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and service schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow established call center protocols to maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on current automotive offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Call Center Agent or in a high-volume customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent active listening and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
