Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle sales, parts, and service appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and offering suitable solutions or escalating as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met promptly.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
- Candidates with prior knowledge of the automotive industry are highly preferred.
