Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding vehicle sales, service appointments, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information about Golden Dragon Motor Sales Corp's products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to fulfill customer requests
- Meet key performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
- Stay updated on product knowledge, automotive trends, and company policies
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities to support business growth
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; College graduates are highly preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work onsite in Las Pinas City on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
