Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; College level or degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
