- Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries with efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and account management processes.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex escalations effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; College level or degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
