Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email related to food orders and deliveries.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking issues.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, payment failures, and refunds efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints regarding missing items or delivery delays.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about restaurant menus, promotions, and delivery policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Collaborate with team members and escalations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College graduates are highly preferred).
  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience (experience in food delivery or retail is a plus!).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite at the SM CDO Downtown Premier site.
  • Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
  • Can start ASAP.
