Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer support through voice, chat, and email channels for international clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product, service, and account-related issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Accurately document every customer interaction within the CRM system to maintain clear records.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices through continuous training.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate specialized teams for advanced support.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and collaborating on process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High School Diploma or Associate/College graduate (any field).
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga on a hybrid schedule.
- Must be amenable to working on night shifts (US/UK business hours).
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and capable of navigating multiple software applications and systems simultaneously.
- Can start immediately or within 30 days.
