As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle a variety of customer interactions, ranging from troubleshooting technical issues to providing product information. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate transaction records.
  • Build rapport with customers by actively listening and identifying their needs.
  • Escalate complex issues or unresolved tickets to the appropriate team leads or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM database.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule if required.
