Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
