Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive, empathetic customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for retail computer products and accessories
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with precision
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs

Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or call center environment
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware/software
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional during escalations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
