- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional service quality
- Resolve complex benefit, claims, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in customer management platforms
- Collaborate with medical and billing teams to resolve escalated cases
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve member experience workflows
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Maxicare's healthcare services and policies
- Contribute to team performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in healthcare or BPO sector
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Empathetic approach with active listening skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and processes
