Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to user concerns while adhering to company service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain clear, concise, and professional documentation for all customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain an 80% non-voice interaction ratio, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction scores are consistently met.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in daily huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
  • Minimum typing speed of 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask between different platforms and chat windows simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using web-based applications and messaging tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage but not required.
