Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve concerns regarding food orders, delivery delays, and payment issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions and case details accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams and restaurant partners to ensure order accuracy.
- Navigate multiple software platforms and tools simultaneously to provide efficient resolutions.
- Uphold company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background of at least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
