Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve concerns regarding food orders, delivery delays, and payment issues effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Document customer interactions and case details accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and restaurant partners to ensure order accuracy.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms and tools simultaneously to provide efficient resolutions.
  • Uphold company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational background of at least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
